Canton DM50 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : It does not work anymore. All buttons nonfunctional. Replacing the battery does not solve the issue.
This TV sound dock controller arrived safely from Belgium and on testing was confirmed to no be transmitting on any button press.
On opening a component heck revealed that the crystal oscillator was at fault, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
