Customers Fault Description : Was working intermittently, so decided to try new duracell plus power battery - but no better. At the moment when I double click the on button the Red light does not come on - so it does not work at all
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing was found to be non responsive on the power double tap.
On testing it was found that the 9v supply was not reaching the main board, this was due to a faulty battery lead, the lead was replaced and full functionality was restored.
