Motor mover does not power up with handset, old batteries had been left in over winter resulting in battery leakage, batt contacts corroded away , suspect this is the reason not powering mover up

 

This caravan mover control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have corroded battery terminals.  On set of terminals was repaired but another needed replacing.  

The control was cut open and the terminal replaced, full functionality was restored.
