Customers Fault Description : Battery housing broken & wires disconnected
This Faber fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was broken and also the battery housing was faulty.
A replacement battery housing was fitted (please note that the battery cover cannot be replaced). Full functionality was restored.
