Bose RCV1T-27 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Does not work, even with brand new batteries. There is some battery leakage damage on one of the battery connectors, which we suspect might be the issue.
This Bose controller arrived safely from USA and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting at all.
The issue was narrowed down to the crystal oscillator. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
