Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped working i.e. no red light when any of the buttons are pressed. We did the obvious of changing the battery, but no good.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be responding on any button press. On opening there were a few cracks around the solder joints which holds the battery cover to the main PCB. These points were resoldered and full functionality was restored.
