Customer's Fault Description
Red button on rear activates led light for use of function buttons on front this only lights up the led intermittedly when pressed it is supposed to keep the led lit to use the function buttons
This Bale wrapper controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not be responding on all button presses.
When the facia was removed there was liquid contamination / corrosion found, the print had to be reworked. Full functionality was restored.
