THE SOUND BUTTONS DO NOT WORK...CANNOT CHANGE THE SOUND UP OR DOWN.

 

This Denon remote arrived safely and on initial inspection was noted that there were bite marks in the casing.

On testing the control the volume buttons were confirmed not to be responding.  On opening there was a liquid contamination over both buttons (see image).

 

The PCB was given an alcohol bath and the rubber keypads cleaned, full functionality was restored.
