Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent contact to battery means remote not always working
This Bathroom tv arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not be responding at all on any button press.
On opening there was a issue with the battery terminal as suggested by the customer. The terminal was reset and full functionality was restored.
Please note that this control is not waterproof as stated and care must be taken to avoid water contamination.
