Customer's Fault Description
The unit will no longer switch on to operation mode,ie no red light. Shortly before failure the operation became very intermitent.

 

This enduro remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed not to be powering up on the double press.

There were 2 issues found, the first was the power button itself was reading erratic and the battery cable was also damaged.

Both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
