Customer's Fault Description
Remote turns on but won't operate mover. Wire had a break but I taped that up as you will see.
This enduro remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty battery lead that had been fixed by the customer.
On opening the control an unusual thing was noticed. There was no aerial fitted, from the looks of the solder point there was never an aerial fitted. After talking to the customer it was revealed that the remote only ever worked at very close range. A new aerial was fitted as well as a replacement battery lead. Full functionality and range was restored.
