Customer's Fault Description

STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY, SOME BUTTON WHERE WORKING BUT HAVE WENT OFF

This brake tester roller control arrived safely and on initial inspection was missing 2 buttons and the top IR cover (these cannot be replaced as we do not carry out cosmetic repairs.

On adding a power source there was not function on any button press. When opened if was found that the main RED LED was cracked in 2. This was replaced and full functionality was restored. Also a resistant cover was placed over the battery terminal to prevent shorting out the battery.

The case was glued back together.
