Customers Fault Description : Button to retract awning only works intermittently, mostly not at all. Faulty button is located above the 'my' button assuming unit is held with the mounting hole held uppermost.
This Motorised awning controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive button. This was due to the button itself reading open circuit.
A replacement button was fitted and full functionality was restored.
