DOES NOT FUNCTION WHEN RECIEVED I PUT FRESH BATTERIES NO RESPONSE TO AMP.

 

 This Sony AV remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found not to be responding on any button press.

On opening the problem was clear, the negative terminal had broken away from the PCB meaning that no power was accessing the board.  The print was repaired and full functionality was restored.
