Customer's Fault Description
Open and close buttons do not work. Motor unit is in working order.

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on  testing was acting erratically on each button press, one moment it would illuminate but not transmit then it would not respond at all.

On closer inspection it was found that there was a tiny crack in the print around one of the solder joints, this was resoldered and proper functionality was restored.

Please note that reprogramming may be required with the receiver.
