Customer's Fault Description
Remote has been working fine and then one of the battery terminals broke (9V) so i replaced it but still can't get the unit to power on (by pressing both 'on' buttons together)
This caravan motormover controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be non responsive.
On opening the control the battery cable had been refitted incorrectly (inverse polarity), the cable was refitted and full functionality was restored.
