Customer's Fault Description
Remote doesn't work at all no communication with brake tester couple of bottoms missing
This brake tester controller arrived safely and on initial inspection some buttons were missing as well as the battery cover and IR cover.
When a power source was added the control did not repsond on any button press. This was found to be due to a faulty RED LED as well as shorted battery terminals. The LED was replaced and the terminals were sheilded using heatshrink. Full functionality was restored. The missing buttons were replaced but the IR cover and battery cover cannot be replaced as we do not carry out cosmetic repairs due to lack of parts, neither of these missing items effects functionality.
