Customers Fault Description : The remote just stopped working but I think the handset itself is ok I think it is the wire that connects handset to chair. When you receive it you will know what I mean as dad keeps trapping in the workings of the chair.
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable, a replacement cable was spliced with the origional plug. On opening the control there was some contamination on a few of the button pads, this was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
