Customer's Fault Description
Handset won't switch on. Suspect faulty connections.
This Motor Mover Handset arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were showing signs of battery leakage, this was cleaned up and the terminals replated with conductive paint but the dead problem persisted.
On opening the main board was found to be not fitted firmly into the housing clips due to one clip being broken, the pcb was hot melt glued back in place and full functionality was restored.
