Customer's Fault Description
Can't get any of the buttons to work. Tried new batteries, but that makes no difference.
This garage door control fob controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press.
On opening the control the button array / pcb contacts were found to be contaminated which was causing a high resistance and causing the buttons to be non responsive.
The PCB was etched back and given an alcohol clean, full functionality was restored.
