Customer's Fault Description
battery wire loose, intermittent connection.

 

This Motor Mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an intermittent operation.  The battery cable was replaced and full functionality was restored.  The battery that was included was drained due to the intermittent "short" across its terminals from the faulty cable and therefore was disposed of, it is advised that in remote devices only the like of Duracell batteries are used to eliminate future battery leakage problems.
