Nothing works on remote
This Rolling road tester remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not be responding on any button press.
On opening a component tst revealed that the red led was faulty, this was replaced but the deadness of the controll remained. Eventually it was found that the crystal oscillator was faulty, a replacement was ordered and fitted and full functionality was restored.
