Powrwheel Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Power up handset and led continuous flashes as if one of the directional buttons is continually pressed. ( exactly like the one on your website ref 2455-2844) There is a short on the array button as verified using a DVM.
This caravan mover remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a shorted button.
The button array was peeled back and there was moisture contamination found on the suspect button which was causing the short. The button pad and contacts were cleared up and full functionality was restored.
