SIT Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : SIT

Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn't work at all, have changed battery, but as buttons are pressed LED on the remote does not light

 

This fireplace remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced).  On testing the control it was confirmed that there was no response from any button press.

This is a common issue where the buttons themselves become faulty.  All buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
