Customer's Fault Description
Remote will not operate any function of the system. I have changed the batteries, but will still not work.
This CD Receiver arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged case and missing IR cover, these do not effect functionality and are not replaceable as we do not carry out cosmetic repairs.
On adding a power source the remote was confirmed to not be responding on any button press. This was found to be due to a faulty crystal oscillator. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
