Customer's Fault Description
No lights on control/inop
This brake roller controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing a number of the buttons as well as the battery cover and IR cover, these cannot be replaced as we do not carry out cosmetic repairs.
On testing it was confirmed that the remote was inoperable. This was found to be due to a broken leg on the main transistor. This was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
