Customers Fault Description : Receiver does not respond to remote
This remote and receiver arrived safely and were missing their battery covers. On testing the remote was sending on both channels but the receiver was not responding to the corresponding signals.
This was found to be due to a faulty battery block which had suffered corrosion due to a battery leakage. A new battery block was fitted and full functionality was restored.
