Customers Fault Description : Stopped working due to leaking battery
This DVD / Blu ray controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button press.
On opening there was indeed signs of a battery leakage which had corroded a large portion of the terminal (see image), this damage was repaired and full functionality was restored.
