Customer's Fault Description
Lights work but nothing happens
These garage door controllers arrived safely and on testing were found not to be transmitting on any button press. There were batteries present but these were all dead.
On inspection both controls had the same issue, all buttons were contaminated and corroded (see images), this contamination was cleared up and the PCB was given an alcohol wash. Full functionality has been restored. New batteries have been supplied but due to the extensive down time it is highly likely that the controls may need re-pairing with the receiver.
