Customers Fault Description : the buttons that switch between TV, BD, DVD, Amp. I can not switch it back to TV, there are other button that do not work
This Sony television controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have many erratic button functions. On opening the problem was clear. The was a mass of liquid contamination over 90% of the PCB.
The PCB was given an alcohol bath and the rubber pads washed down to remove all contaminants, this restored full functionality.
