Customer's Fault Description
When buttons are pressed no light on remote and no response on fire

 

This control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (This cannot be replaced)

On testing it was confirmed that there was no response from any button press.

This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored
