Customer's Fault Description
Volume rocker button on upper right hand side not working (or need to press hard & wait). This is the only issue.
This Onkyo AV Receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have 3 faulty / sluggish buttons. On opening the problem was found to be caused by liquid contamination on the main PCB (see image).
The board was given an alcohol bath to remove the contaminants and full functionality was restored.
