Customer's Fault Description
I am sending two remotes. We have an infrared receiver box that operates the Tempur bed and massage unit. The massage unit can only be controlled by the infrared controls. One of the controls has a battery point connector missing. Neither of them are working (as in no red light when buttons pushed).
These Vibradorm controls arrived safely from Australia and on initial inspection one was missing the battery cover (this cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares and do not effect functionality)
One of the controls had the usual broken battery terminal, this was remedied by modifying the case and fitting a PP9 battery clip and cable.
The other control when adding a power source was not functioning on any button press. This was found to be due to a faulty crystal oscillator, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
A paypal invoice has been sent to the customers email address.
