Customer's Fault Description
Only the top 3 buttons work. So red (off) and left and right. Bottom 3 have no function at all.
This Maha controller arrived safely and on inspection the casing had a broken part at the bottom of the handset. On Testing it was found not to be functioning on any button press.
On opening the control there was some contamination on the front button array under wach of the metal domes. They were all given an alcohol bath and full functionality was restored.
