Customer's Fault Description

Neither button works seems to be problem with battery connections. Battery type A23 12v. Alkaline.

These 3 garage door shutter controllers arrived safely and on testing 2 were found to be intermittent and one was totally dead.

On opening the battery terminals on 2 of the controls showed signs of corrosion, this was cleaned up and one remote was then restored to normal functionality, the other had a bad soplder joint on one of the terminals, this was soldered and this restored functionality to the 2nd remote.

The third control was totally dead, a resistor was missing and also a transistor had blown, these are on order to be fitted.

The 2 working remotes have been paid for and one control has been sent to france as per the customers request.

The other will be sent after the customer has contacted in december.
