MOVER HANDSET WILL NOT SWITCH ON. THERE IS A REPORT OF A SIMILAR REPAIR ON YOUR WEBSITE FROM SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR.ONE OF THE PCB FIXINGS BROKEN. I CAN HERE SOMETHING RATTLING INSIDE THE HANDSET.

 

This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from the on / off button.

This is a common issue caused by the retaining pins of the PCB breaking and making the switch useless.

The board was hot melt glued back into place and full functionality was restored.
