Customers Fault Description : the volume down button does not work
This Amplifier remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have problematic buttons (in particular the volume down buttons)
This issue was caused by a bad solder join on the main I.C. The I.C.was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
