Customer's Fault Description
It only has two buttons up and down to raise and lower tv . It is not working at all. Changed the battery and still nothing , looked for infra red light through digital camera.No light.

 

This bed tv remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting onany button press.  On opening a continuity test revealed that both buttons were open circuit.  Replacements are on order and will be fitted on arrival.  Replacement buttons arrived 13th nov and have been fitted, full functionality has been restored.


Please note that this control is RF not infra red.
