Brilliant Slab 16 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Ignition buttons won't light fire, think it's a loose connection, when pressing both buttons together they don't light up and connect to the fire even though we have made sure the battery is working.
This control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press, this is a common issue that is caused by the buttons themselves becoming open circuit.
All 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
