Customer's Fault Description
Black wire has come away from battery connector, plus i need a replacement back cover if available please.

 

This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing and the lead to the battery was broken, a replacement battery cable was fitted which restored all functionality.  The battery cover cannot be replaced as they cannot be obtained as spares.
