Customer's Fault Description
The remote has stopped functioning but the bose 321 system still works from the buttons on the main unit which has limited use, i've taken the unit apart but i can't see anything loose or obviously wrong with it.
This Bose 321 system controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting an infra red signal on any button press.
This was found to be due to a a faulty IR led. A replacement was fitted a signal was then being found on all button presses. Please note that the visible red LED soes not illuminate, this is due to a faulty feed transistor which i cannot identify, this does not effect functionality.
