Customer's Fault Description
ultra violet light not working therefore remote not working !!!

 

This amplifier controller arrived safely and was missing its battery cover (a replacement cannot be supplied and doesn't effect functionality)

On testing there was a infra red signal present but only on a small number of buttons, this was found to be due to contamination over the rubber keypad.  The pay was washed down to remove contaminants and the PCB given an alcohol bath.  When retested full functionality was restored to all buttons.
