Customers Fault Description : All buttons fail; the metal plate that keeps the batteries in series is broken. You put brand new batteries in the remote and it works for a day, including the lights. It rained so the roof closed automatic.
This campervan skylight control arrived safely and was missing the back screw meaning it had to be held together by tape. On opening the battery terminals were indeed missing, a replacement was fitted and then hte buttons were found to be open circuit. All four buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
