The clock doesn't respond to button activation. Have to press several times to illicit a response.

 

This wall timer remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent in functionality.  On opening the issue was found to be that some retaining clips had broken and the pcb was loose inside the remote.  The board was glued up and full functionality was restored.
