RECEIVER NOT RESPONDING TO REMOTE COMMAND, REMOTE LIGHT FLASHING
This gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the receiver was not responding from the remotes signal.
On inspection the transducer in the receiver had its grill cover indented, this had rendered the transducer faulty, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
