Customer's Fault Description
Everything lights on the handset but the beam does not switch on the projector

 

This multimedia controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press.  After confirming that the receiver was functioning manually it was concluded that the timing crystal was at fault.  A replacement was fitted.  The customer is requested to test the control upon return for full functionality.
