Customer's Fault Description
On/Off switch was always intermittent, but now not working at all. Power LED coming not coming on

 

This caravan motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing had a intermittent button as mentioned by the customers fault description.  This is a common issue whereby the pcb retaining clip breaks and lets the board move freely inside the remote.  

The control was cut open and the board glued back into place, this restored full functionality.
