Customers Fault Description : Up and down led on remote light up but led's on receiver do not light up and does not operate the motor
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on adding a power source the remote itself was found note to be transmitting on any button press.
This was found to be due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer in the handset. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
