Customer's Fault Description
Remote no longer operates the garage door - the light doesn't come on.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on inspection there was a missing battery cover and a missing fixing screw.
On adding a power source the control was not responding at all. This was found to be the button itself, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
