Customers Fault Description : Loose connection inside the remote
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was faulty and also the main pcb had been removed and the ribbon cable was detached. The ribbon cable was reattached and a new battery cable replaced and full functionality was restored.
